DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All USA orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Most orders are processed and shipped in 1 to 3 business days. Transit time will depend on your distance from Boston, Massachusetts. 

We offer a flat rate shipping of $10 for standard shipments under $50 anywhere in the continental USA.

STORE PICK-UP

Online customers in or close to Boston have the option to pick-up their orders from our Brookline store. Please select the pick-up option at check out. We will email you to coordinate a time for pick-up when your order is ready. 

PACKAGE IS LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED

TONGWOOD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages damaged in transit. 

CHANGE OR REPLACE MY ORDER 

Unfortunately, we cannot modify the order once it is placed, however, we can cancel your order prior to fulfillment. If you would like to change your order, please contact us with your order number at support@tongwood.com.

CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@tongwood.com. Please keep in mind that if you have already received your shipping confirmation and your order has been shipped, it may not be possible for us to intercept the package. If your order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for any carrier fees for change of address.
