If TONGWOOD must cancel a class due to weather, illness, or other circumstances, you may request a full refund or credit to use towards any future program at TONGWOOD .

Class Make Up Policy

Class Transfers

You may request your child to be transferred to another class during TONGWOOD's class session (capacity permitting). Students cannot be transferred into a woodworking classic already in session.

Class Packs

Class packs are non-transferrable between clients and expire 12 months from date of purchase. Class packs and memberships are only valid at the Brookline & Quincy location and not at any affiliate partner sites.

Program Registrations

You may register for a class, workshop, or program in person, by calling, or online. We highly recommend online registrations. You must book at least 2 hours before a class or workshop and 24 hours before a drop-in class. Class spots may be given away to another client on the class waitlist if you fail to show up at the start of the session.

Class and Workshop Cancellations

You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to a workshop or class to allow another client to join on the waitlist. Clients with class packages will have one class automatically deducted from their total classes. If you are unable to attend a scheduled class or workshop that you’re registered for, you may request a full credit for use towards a future program.

Vacation Program Policy

To secure a vacation program spot, the initial deposit must be received at time of booking. All cancellations made more than 30 days prior to program start date may request a refund or credit minus a $50 cancellation fee.
