PARTY AGREEMENT
Event Host Responsibility
The event host (“Client”) agrees to be the primary contact for all arrangements, payments, and communications with TONGWOOD. The Client is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with studio rules and policies.
Release & Indemnification Agreement
The Client understands that participation in art activities may involve risks. The Client releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless TONGWOOD, its staff, and officers from any liability, including claims of negligence, arising from the event and all participants’ participation.
Health & Safety Disclosure
The Client confirms that to the best of their knowledge, guests do not have health conditions preventing safe participation. The Client is responsible for disclosing any known allergies or health issues that may require reasonable accommodation.
Safety Commitment
TONGWOOD takes reasonable measures to ensure a safe environment. Staff supervise activities during the scheduled event. However, TONGWOOD is not liable for accidents, injuries, or health issues beyond reasonable control.
Financial Responsibility
The Client is responsible for safeguarding personal belongings of themselves and guests. TONGWOOD is not liable for loss or damage of personal property. Any damage to studio property during the event must be compensated by the Client.
Food & Drinks Policy
The Client may bring outside food and drinks to the event. TONGWOOD is not responsible for any food-related allergies, health issues, or incidents arising from consumption of outside food and beverages.
Photography &
Media Release
TONGWOOD may take photos or videos during the event for documentation and promotional use. Final photos will be shared with the host after the event. If you do not wish for photos or videos of your party to be used for promotional purposes, please notify us before the event begins.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once booking is confirmed.

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may transfer the deposit to a future booking within 6 months.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.
Pricing Policy
Party pricing is determined based on the selected package, number of participants, and requested services. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before the event.
