Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment A $200 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your party date. The deposit will be applied toward the total balance. The remaining balance will be charged during the week of your party after the final guest count is confirmed. Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the invoice, or the date may be released. Age Guidelines Parties are available for participants ages 3 and up. Recommended ages may vary by project—please refer to the specific party description. Headcount Party packages include 12 participants. Additional guests may be added for an extra fee, up to a maximum of 20 participants. Party Duration & Flow All parties are 2 hours in length and typically follow this structure: • First 30 minutes: Open play or optional activity • Next 60 minutes: Guided art project • Final 30 minutes: Celebration, social time, and pick-up Our instructors will guide transitions to keep the event running smoothly. Food & Beverages Food and drinks are permitted during the final 30 minutes only. Outside food or beverages (including cake) may be subject to a cleanup fee. Alcohol Policy Alcohol is not permitted during children’s parties. Adult parties involving alcohol must be discussed and approved in advance and must follow studio guidelines. Decorations Helium-filled balloons are welcome. Other decorations must be approved in advance. Clothing & Studio Guidelines Art activities may be messy. Guests should wear clothing suitable for creative work. Cancellations & Rescheduling All deposits are non-refundable. If the party needs to be canceled due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or illness, please submit a request at least 7 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate a reschedule, but availability is not guaranteed. Clean-Up & Exit A 20-minute grace period is provided after the party to gather belongings and exit the studio. Liability & Photo Release By placing a booking deposit, you agree to release TONGWOOD Art Center and its staff from liability for any injuries or accidents during the event. You also grant permission for photos taken during the party to be used for TONGWOOD Art Center’s promotional purposes.
