Service Description
► General Information • Supplies: All supplies are included. Lunch is not provided. • Booking: Online bookings are available up to 6 months in advance. For later dates, contact 617-842-5679 or todd@tongwood.com. ► What to Bring • Nut-free lunch and snacks • Utensils and water bottle • Clothes that may get messy ► AGE GROUPS • Ages 4–7: Studio art projects with more play, storytelling, and group games • Ages 8–12: Focused art sessions with painting and drawing techniques, plus independent projects ► Policies • Waiver: New families must complete our required waiver at tongwood.com/waiver. • Minimum Enrollment: 4 students required per weeklong session. If not met, families will be notified one week in advance and receive a full refund. • Deposit: Registration deposit is non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed. ► Sample Schedule • 9:00 AM – Arrival + Free Draw • 9:05 AM – Studio Art • 11:00 AM – Snack Break • 11:10 AM – Outdoor / Indoor Activity • 12:00 PM – Lunch • 12:30 PM – Studio Art • 2:00 PM – Pick Up

Cancellation Policy
You can request a change of date within two days. In case of cancellation by the guest, a full deposit will be charged.
